Psychological safety is an evidenced based, researched, and theoretical construct and framework giving permission to be human and supporting optimal performance in people and organizations.
Psychological safety is relational, dynamic, and transactional (leaders + teams+ individuals) and must be nurtured and enabled with persistent, continuous, conscious and conscientiousness renewal. It is a people-first culture built on, inclusivity, belonging, diversity, equity, trust, and safety.
